Evgeniy Parshuto has been appointed the new vice governor for construction and infrastructure of the Tomsk region. Before that, he held the post of first deputy mayor of Tomsk.
As the regional press office told Construction.ru on Friday, Evgeniy Parshuto replaced Igor Shaturny as vice governor, since the latter became the deputy governor for industrial policy.
The head of the region, Sergei Zhvachkin, appreciates the experience of Mr Parshuto as deputy mayor of the administrative center.
Apart from the construction arena, Evgeniy Parshuto will have to engage in reforming the utilities service system which at present is the most acute problem for the region's population, pointed out the head of the region.
