Investors intends to erect a powerful industrial and logistics complex at a price of 30 bln roubles in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region.
At the land plot near Chashnikovo village, with an area of 180 hectares, about 700,000 sq.m of real estate will be built, RIA Novosti reported on Wednesday.
Work at the construction site will be launched as early as next year and is scheduled to be completed in 2022. The project will require approximately 30 bln roubles of investment, including from the residents.
The investor plans to submit an application for industrial park status.
