Chinese investors in Russia consider infrastructure construction to be the most perspective area for investments in Russia.
This statement made today Chinese ambassador to Russia, Li Hui, over the course of the Tomsk region’s presentation in China’s embassy in Moscow. According to Li Hui, two countries need to expand areas of their cooperation.
“Infrastructure construction, especially in Siberian part of the Russian Federation, is extremely important. First of all, this is building of motorways and high-speed highways. China is going to provide the necessary assistance and recommend to Chinese businesses to make investments into this sector in Russia”, - said the high-ranked diplomat.
Li Hui has been Chinese ambassador to Russia since December 2009. Previously, the diplomat held a position of a vice Foreign Minister of China.
