The authorities of Saint Petersburg have signed an agreement with Ulmart company on the construction of a multifunctional automated logistics hub.
The project is estimated at 30 bln roubles.
The total area of the new complex will amount to 400,000 sq.m, the local press office told Construction.RU on Friday.
This multifunctional automated logistics hub will be built within the framework of Ulmart program on the creation of a United environment of export.
At present, Ulmart exploits a part of the territory of the “Mezodzhi” wholesale and retail park. This park opened in November last year in the area of the Pulkovo highway.
