On the 26th of July, Russian and Turkish Economy Ministers might revive negotiations on the subject of establishment of a joint investment fund.

This is what Russian Economic Development Minister, Alexey Ulyukaev, told reporters on Monday, commenting the upcoming meeting with his colleague, Turkish Economy Minister, Nihat Zeybekci.

Russian Minister Alexey Ulyukaev pointed out that the work over an agreement on liberalization of the services and investments regime started more than a year ago. The draft agreement included establishing of a joint investment fund. However, this work was suspended for obvious reasons he said, referring to the recent political tensions between Moscow and Ankara.

At the same time, the Minister noted that the parties hadn't previously agreed on the issues to be discussed at the forthcoming meeting. Meanwhile, according to Ulyukaev, the Turkish party might raise a question of lifting restrictions on the agricultural products supplies to the Russian market.
