Elena Komissarova, President of the BEL Development GC, spoke of it at the presentation of the “XXI century square” All-Russia competition with ionetrnational participation held in Moscow.
According to her, the work on the construction sites is to begin in February, 2018. Investments in the construction will achieve 10 bln roubles. The total area including improved territories is about 6.8 hectares.
90,000 sq. meters of housing and 30,000 sq. meters of trade and amusement and business facilities will be erected there. A modern concert hall for 1200 seats will be built in the center of the residential quarter.
