Construction of a logistic center with an area of 5,810 square meters is launched in the Moscow region’s town of Khimki.
The local authorities have allotted a land plot with an area of 17,000 square meters for the construction site, the press office of the regional administration told Construction.RU on the 17th of August.
The facility must be put into operation in the second quarter of the year 2018.
The project includes a stage-by-stage construction of the warehouse, an administrative and amenity building, an integrated transformer substation, a boiler house, an emergency diesel storage unit, a fire pump station, a sewage facility and a parking lot.
Sixty new jobs are to be created in the logistic center.
