The Moscow authorities endorsed the project of construction of a large manufacturing unit in Schapovskoye and Oznobishino villages on the adjacent territories.
As the press office of the Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction told Construction.RU on Wednesday, at present, industrial facilities with an area of 2,000square meters are located on the 4,55-hectare plot of land belonging to the building developer.
These premises are planned to be demolished. Instead, modern manufacturing premises with an area of 35,300 square meters are to be erected on the place of the old industrial facilities. Over 1,100 new jobs are expected to be created at the enterprise.
