InterContinental Hotels Group Plc, a British company and the world’s largest hotel operator, intends to open a 4-star or a 5-star hotel under the brand of Crowne Plaza in the capital town of Ukraine, Lviv, says the message published on the website of the Lviv City Council on Tuesday.
“Today, a memorandum of understanding was signed in the office of the City Council. Commercial terms of cooperation between InterContinental Group and Grand Hotel are stipulated in this document,” reads the statement.
Memorandum of understanding was signed by a vice president of InterContinental Hotels Group for CIS development, Aaron Libinson, and director general of Grand Hotel Holding (Lviv), Grigory Kozlovsky.
Aaron Libinson specified that a 4-star or a 5-star hotel is scheduled to be put into operation in 2017.
