The first concession agreement concluded in the Moscow region for building a toll road for 1 bln roubles with the with the highest charge per kilometer in Russia, Kommersant reports on Wednesday.
The concessioner, “Naro-Fominsk Platnaya Doroga” (Naro-Fominsk Toll Road) LLC, was established in March 2015 and is owned by “Platnaya Doroga” (Toll Road) LLC, which in its turn, 99% owned by Cyprus “Tollway Ltd”. Director general of “Platnaya Doroga”, Milena Alexandrova, also runs a number of companies engaged in processing and production of industrial hemp.
A road with the length of just 2,6 kilometers will be built bypassing Naro-Fominsk in 2018: the company undertakes the project’s financing in amount of over 1 bln roubles.
Construction works are scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2018, a fare will total 70 roubles for passenger cars and 100 – 230 roubles for trucks.
