The Parliament of Crimea introduced temporary restrictions on real estate transactions within the 100-meter littoral zone.

Earlier, the Head of Crimea announced a large-scale demolition of illegal construction on Crimean coastline since the 1st of September.

According to the decree adopted by the Crimean Parliament, registration of ownership rights for the property fully or partly located within 100 meters from a coastline of the Black Sea and the Azov Sea is prohibited.

The above mentioned restrictions don’t spread upon public and municipal enterprises and institutions.

According to an explanatory note, this measure was necessitated by violations of urban construction and ecological regulations in the area of 100-meter littoral zone.
