Famous Russian billionaire and Chair of Supervisory Board of the Russian Fencing Federation, Alisher Usmanov, intends to finance the construction of a unique center for fencing in Novosibirsk.
As the local media report, it will be a universal sports complex with two gyms. Besides fencing trainings and competitions, team sports will be also available in the gym with tribunes for 500 seats.
200m roubles are planned to invest in the object’s construction work and equipment. The land plot for the construction with the total area of 4,000 square meters is located on the SKA stadium.
