In the first quarter of 2020, the largest trade cluster will be built near Bobrovo village in the Moscow region. The object will comprise a number of facilities with a total area of about 60,000 square meters.
The project implementation will take approximately 4 billion roubles, the press office of Deputy President of the Moscow regional government, German Yelyanyushkin, told Construction.RU on Thursday.
The trade cluster will occupy a territory of over 20 hectares in the vicinity of Bobrovo village. This plot of land is adjacent to Simferopol highway. In order to decrease traffic load on the federal highway, the building developer will lay a relief road on this territory.
A number of parking lots for 2295 cars is envisaged by the plan.
