Authorities of the Moscow region approved construction of a unique trade cluster in Tomilino village with a total area of about 100,000 square meters, the press office of German Yelyanyushkin, a deputy head of the regional government, told Construction.RU on Wednesday.
Two retail parks with shops, warehouses and hotels are planned to be located on the territory of 35 hectares. A total area of the modern trade complex will amount to 100,000 square meters.
In the near future, the building developer will have to develop and agree space-planning solutions for new objects. The construction site is situated 7,5 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road and in close vicinity to “Ural” M-5 federal motorway. These are two plots of land with an area of 15 and 20 hectares respectively.
