The Moscow city authorities don’t set an objective to build new skyscrapers, however, they are ready to consider proposals from investors on an individual basis.
This is what Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban development policy and construction, Marat Khusnullin, announced, speaking live on Moscow FM radio station.
“We don’t have a task to erect new high-rise buildings and skyscrapers, but if an investor appeals, the proposal will be considered on an individual basis at a session of Urban Construction and Land Commission of Moscow,” said Mr Khusnullin.
He added that in case of positive conclusion of the commission, a permit for the construction might be issued.
“If it is really a quality project improving image of the city, it might be agreed,” stressed Marat Khusnullin.
