A modern cluster with an area of 12 hectares is planned to be constructed in the Ramensky district located in the Moscow region, Russia. The complex will include, among others, an asphalt factory and a concrete plant.
As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of a deputy head of the regional government, Herman Yelyanyushkin, a construction site for the cluster is situated in Ostrovtsy village, 14 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road.
For the purpose to establish proper logistics and transport maintenance, the investor plans to erect a parking lot for cars and cargo carriers in the vicinity to these industrial facilities. The parking lot will be capable to house 250 vehicles.
