Accounts of Russian branch of IKEA international company, IKEA Mos LLC, with 9,3 billion rubles ($145 million) have been attached on the basis of the ruling of the Krasninsky district court in the Smolensk region of Russia.
As the court’s press office told Construction.RU today, in such a way the court satisfied the claims filed by entrepreneurs Konstantin Ponomaryov and Alexey Tanjko, who have been suing IKEA for a long time over leasing generators for the company’s hypermarkets in Saint Petersburg.
Moreover, the court banned the Federal Tax Service Inspection number 13 in the Moscow region from recording in the Unified National Register of Legal Entities any information regarding reorganization of IKEA Mos LLC.
