Seven hotels for 1,800 rooms planned to open in Moscow

Opening of seven hotels with a general fund of 1,800 rooms is scheduled for the year 2017 in Moscow, as follows from the documents published by Cushman&Wakefield on Friday.




According to the study, the following hotels are planned to open over the course of the year 2017: Hyatt Regency Petrovsky Park, Ibis Oktyabrskoye Pole and Ibis Budget Oktyabrskoe Pole, Azimut Smolenskaya, Holiday Inn Express Paveletskaya, Hilton Garden Inn Krasnoselskaya, as well as a hotel located on Ryazansky Prospekt.

A total number of rooms in these hotels is 1774.

At the same time, according to the company’s data, four hotels with a total of 902 rooms are scheduled to be put in operation in the year 2016.
