L-Finance, a Russian company based in Omsk, which planned to build Hilton hotels in the cities of Barnaul and Belokurikha under franchise license, suspended implementation of the projects, Vice-Governor of the Altay region, Nikolay Chinyakov, told reporters on Monday.
According to him, the interest remains on the part of investors, but, at the moment, none of these projects is being implemented. In particular, in Barnaul, L-Finance failed to agree on the issues of crediting with Sberbank.
“He couldn’t agree with Sberbank over crediting, all his attempts to attract co-investors failed as well. But there is an interest, now we are negotiating with one of the companies”, - Chinyakov said.
