The cost of a square meter of housing might increase in 2017, the Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities, Mikhail Menn, said in an interview to Rossiya 24 TV Channel.
Mikhail Menn noted that at the moment, housing prices were at the most available position and would stay on that position or would rise a bit.
He explained that that was because “every house construction had its own principles and self-cost and a building developer should make profit from apartment sales in any way,”
The Minister added that in that connection, the citizen planning to buy apartments should do it as soon as possible.
