Finnish Lemminkainen set to build apart-hotel in Russian city of St Petersburg

Lemminkainen, a Finnish company engaged in building and infrastructure construction, will erect an apart-hotel in the south of St Petersburg, Russia, the press office of the building developer announced on Wednesday.
