A integrated resort with a total area of over 55,000 square meters will be built in Yalta, a resort city on the south coast of the Crimean Peninsula surrounded by the Black Sea, the press office of the building developer, KSK Group of Companies, reports today.
“An approximate amount of investments is 2 billion rubles ($34 million). A period of project implementation amounts to about 5 years. The investor is a Russia company,” the message reads.
The facility will be situated on one of the central streets of Yalta, Drazhinskyi Street, 100 meters from the sea. The project is expected to be decorated in maritime style.
The new integrated resort will include a recreation zone with restaurants, bars, bowling area and gambling zones. The sports and health section will house spa facilities, a swimming pool, fitness center, a multi-purpose recreation ground and others.
