The Moscow Urban Planning and Land Commission approved an area planning design for 2,7 hectares on Shitova embankment, where a joint Russian-German college will be erected.
As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction, the existing building currently located at the address of Shitova embankment, 72 is planned to be partially demolished to clear the space for college construction.
Other facilities situated there will be reconstructed and their functional use will be altered.
In addition, another new building will be erected there. After the construction is completed, a total area of the territory will amount to 8,100 square meters.
