Japanese architects offer a considerable discount for the activities related to the development and modernization of the housing and utilities of Voronezh, the Russian city on the Southeastern Railway connecting European Russia with the Urals and Siberia.
This statement was made today by Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities, Andrey Chibis, within the framework of the Russian investment forum. According to him, the discount might reach several dozens of percent.
Earlier, Russian Construction Ministry held negotiations with Japanese technicians on the development of urban environment standards as in the case of a pilot project in Voronezh. According to that project, it is necessary to work out a new efficient public transport system, fit for Russian towns and comfortable for its residents.
