In the near future, investors from Denmark intend to build a large pig farm in Serebryannye Prudy, a town located in the Moscow region.

This is what the head of the municipal administration, Oleg Pavlikhin, told reporters on Thursday. According to his data, the works at a construction site and equipment of this modern enterprise will cost 4 billion rubles, that is $68,5 million.

After the facility is put in operation, over six thousand breeding sows will be kept there simultaneously, upon the Danish technology.
