A subsidiary of Russian Sberbank in Kazakhstan and Kazakh Orda Company PLC, signed an agreement on a $5-million credit allocated to the completion of construction of an administrative and office complex with retail spaces in Almaty, the country’s largest city.
This report was released by the press office of the Russian financial institution. According to the document, a total area of an administrative and office complex will exceed 100,000 square meters.
It is also noted that one of the key directions of the bank’s development in the near future is the support of a small-sized and medium-sized businesses. What is of no little interest is that the company invests internal funds in the construction.
