Artayar company will invest 3.5 billion rubles ($62 million) in the construction of the largest shopping center in the Russian city of Vladivostok, the press office of the Far East Development Ministry of the Russian Federation reports on Monday.




A five-level shopping and exhibition center named “Kalina Mall” will be built on the northern shore of Zolotoi Rog bay. The project will be implemented within the framework of the Free port of Vladivostok, the resident of which the company is.

The complex with a total area of 96,000 square meters will house an entertainment center with a cinema, retail space and multilevel parking with a capacity of 2,000 cars. The company Kinomax plans to open there eight cinemas, including VIP hall of the IMAX Sapphire format.
