Sika, a Swiss chemical company, which is the leader in the production of materials and technologies for construction and transport engineering, has started a high-tech manufacture of floor epoxy coatings in the Moscow regional city of Lobnya.
Investment in the launch of the manufacture amounted to 50 million rubles (over $880,000). Thus, Sika was able to locate the production in Russia, whereas previously these products had been supplied from abroad.
Epoxy products released by the plant will be supplied to construction sites of Russia and CIS countries. This is the third enterprise opened by the group on the territory of the Moscow region, and the seventh in Russia.
