By the end of this year, Indonesia expects to sign with Russian oil company Rosneft finals documents on construction of Tuban oil refinery, according to Director General of Oil and Gas at Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia, Wiratmaja Puja.
“We are planning to sign these documents until the end of this year,” Wiratmaja Puja said on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum held in Russia. He has noted that at present, Indonesian Energy Ministry’s representatives are discussing with Rosneft in Russia an investment plan for the factory construction.
Earlier, Mr. Wiratmaja said that a total volume of investments of Rosneft and Pertamina in oil refinery construction in Indonesia might total $8 billion.
