Azimut Hotels to open $82m hotel near Pereslavl-Zalessky

This summer, Azimut Hotels plans to put into operation a hotel complex for 4.7 billion rubles ($82 million) near Pereslavl-Zalessky, a Russian town founded in the 12th century and known for its rich historical legacy.




As the founder and owner of the hotel network, Alexander Klyachin, said at a presentation, VEB Capital acts as an investor of the project. The complex which received the name “The Golden Ring”, is scheduled for opening on June 1.

The complex occupies an area of 30 hectares. It is a four-star and three-star hotels for 353 rooms and 30 cottages. The object is 98% ready and is capable of accommodating the first guests as early as this summer.

According to Mr. Klyachin, the hotel is the first facility of this network in the region.
