The administration of the “Innopolis” Special Economic Zone, located in the Republic of Tatarstan, has put out a tender for the construction of a new build for 2.06 bln roubles.
According to the tender documentation published on the website of public purchases, the new multi-functional center is scheduled to open in 2017.
The project involves the construction of the second bulk of “Innopolis”, with an area of 30,000 m2. The building will be named after N.I. Lobachevsky.
A 5-storey multi-functional center is intended for the offices of hi-tech companies and will provide the possibility of conducting research and scientific work, as well as development engineering. The facility will result in 1,500 new jobs.
The bidding is being received until the 16th of May. The results are planned to be announced on the 23rd of May.
