The authorities of Russia’s capital city have put up on auction over 50 apartments owned by the Moscow Social Guarantee state enterprise, as it follows from a message released by the city’s Department for Competitive Policy.
Trade sessions are divided into two pools, the document says. A bid campaign for 31 apartments and four cooperative interests will last until the 11th of May. The auctions will be held on May 17 this year.
A bid campaign for the rest 20 apartments, four rooms and two cooperative interests will be completed at the end of the current week. The auction is planned to be held on April 20.
