A number of the purchased apartments in the new trophy buildings of Moscow has increased by 18,5% in the first half of the year 2016, compared with the similar period of the last year, President of the Kalinka Group's Council of Directors, Ekaterina Rumyantseva, told reporters on Tuesday.
According to Kalinka Group, 243 lots with a total area of 28,600 sq.m have been sold for the first half of the year. The total amount of the transactions is estimated at 19 bln roubles.
Ekaterina Rumyantseva believes that the growth of the transactions number should be attributed to entering into the market of new projects, discount actions and price retracements.
At the same time, Rumyantseva stressed that the quality indicators have been decreasing. An average area of the sold lot has reduced by 14% and an average budget of transactions is down by 20%.
