Construction of new greenhouses with an area of 4 hectares was launched in the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod. The facility will produce vegetables on the photoculture technology.
As Construction.RU was told by the press-service of the Nizhny Novgorod regional government, now the agricultural complex is implementing an investment project on technical re-equipment of the existing boiler house and reconstruction of 4 hectares of greenhouses.
Also, the construction of vegetable production facility on photoculture technology with the use of interplanting is underway in the area of 4 hectares.
This is the second stage of the work, on which about 458 million rubles will be spent. It will increase the area of the greenhouse complex up to 19 hectares. Volume of vegetable production will grow from 5,600 tons to 7300 tons per year.
