The Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee has allowed the construction of a scientific/industrial pharmaceutical enterprise for the production of innovative biotechnological drugs and medicines on the territory of the Alabuga SEZ.
As the Chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee, Oleg Antosenko, said, according to the project the scientific/industrial complex will consist of a 2-storey production unit, a storage unit and a 4-storey office with two checkpoints and a car park.
The development area is 4,308.2 m2. The building’s total land area is 9,239.7 m2. The construction is being carried out at the expense of an investor, and the developer is JSC ‘ALPHARM’.
The term for the completion of the construction work and putting the object in operation is by 2017. New and innovative prophylactics and means of treatment means for respiratory, urinogenital, cutaneous and digestive infections will be produced there.
