The Bloomberg International agency has included Russia in their list of the top 15 most innovative economies in the world.

As the agency reports, its experts evaluated the economic potential of every state with an account of expenses spent on innovations, scientific discovery productivity, efficiency, research concentration, high-tech companies, and a patent registration index.
