What have RSPP and the Vologda regional authorities agreed upon?

As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), the previous day there was a meeting between the Union’s leadership and the deputy head of the government of the Department of Economic Development of the Vologda region, Yury Senjko.

The parties discussed the work schedule for 2016, in particular the presentation of investment platforms and projects of the Vologda region to the Asian markets, as well as the prospects of industrial and tourist project development with the participation of Chinese investors.

“A complex approach is required in attracting Asian investments to the Vologda region’s economy. We need to coordinate the work of experts from the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Vologda region, the Department of Economic Development and Cooperation of Regional Development – the leading institutions of the Russian Federation’s development which present the region’s potential. On this basis a working group can be created which will supervise Vologda region’s interaction with investors from Asia”, pointed out the RSPP president, Vitaly Monkevich.
