Following the results of the first quarter, the production of construction materials for buildings’ finishing is growing in Russia. Meanwhile, the manufacture of the same materials for capital development is decreasing compared with the same period of 2015.
According to the data published on Thursday by the Russian Statistics Agency, the production of reinforced concrete prefabricated structures and their components fell by 21.9% down to 5.8 m cubic meters, and the manufacture of cement by 15%.
At the same time, the production of finishing materials has increased. In particular, polymers have gone up by 4.7%, and glass plate by 5.4%.
