In the Moscow district of the Russian city of Saint Petersburg, a high-rise residential building with apartments of a comfort category is to be erected by an investor.
As the building developer’s press office told Construction.RU, a 25 storey building with 312 apartments will be constructed in 2019 on the land plot with an area of 1 hectare, located on Kosmonavty Boulevard near the Pulkovo park and “Zvezdnaya” metro station.
The area of the building will amount to 26,000 sq.m. The project also includes the construction of underground parking.
The investor has already obtained a permit for the building erection, the work at the construction site are scheduled to start within 12 months.
