Mospromstroy CJSC plans to build a logistic center with an area of 53,400 sq.m in the “Medvedkovo” industrial zone located in the northwestern Moscow, reported RIA Novosti on Thursday.
On the 7th of July, the Urban Construction and Land Commission of Moscow approved a corresponding urban construction plan for the land plot located on Chermyanskaya Street, 4, says the document published on the website of Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funded Construction Control.
The company also intends to erect there a technopark with an area of 27,900 sq.m, which will include an underground parking for 330 cars.
At present, there are warehouses of Mospromstroy CJSC, an administrative building and a 16,600 sq.m hangar.
