Until the end of 2016, 43 international building standards will be prepared with the participation of Russia, Deputy Head of Minister, Chairman of “Construction” 465 Technical Committee, Elena Sierra, said on Tuesday at a working meeting in the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of Russia.
The Committee presented a plan of interaction with ISO technical committees in the field of construction for the period of the second half of the year of 2016. Fourteen working groups, composed of the leading ISO experts specialized in the relative technical committees, are to take part in this project.
These experts will articulate Russia’s position for voting on six final projects of international standards in the field of the quality of construction, reinforced concrete, thermal insulation and the usage of energy in buildings.
Apart from that, the working groups will take part in consideration of 28 projects of international standards at different stages of their development, as well as 9 new topics for elaboration of international standards offered by experts from other countries.
