A multi-functional residential compound will be built on Kutuzov Prospect in Moscow by a company incorporated in Basic Element Holding owned by Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.

This is what Moscow chief architect, Sergey Kuznetsov, told reporters. According to him, a construction site for this residential compound with social infrastructure facilities will be located in the area between Kutuzov Prospect, Kutuzov Alley and Street of Year 1812.

The project was designed by Kengo Kuma & Associates architecture bureau.

We should remind you that Altius Development, an affiliate company of Basic Element, acquired 51% of shares of The First Moscow Instrument-Making Plant n.a. V.A. Kazakov, where the construction was planned as far back as early 2014.
