Building a hotel and entertainment complex with a casino was launched on the territory of “Primorye” gambling zone near the city of Vladivostok, the administrative center of the Primorsky region situated in the Russian Far East.
The project is estimated at $70 million. As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the Primorsky regional administration, within the framework of the first phase of “Mayak” complex construction, building an 11-storey hotel complex with a casino is envisaged.
The first facilities are scheduled to be put in operation late in 2018. The project includes construction of a hotel for 279 rooms and a concert hall for 2,000 seats. Three hundred gaming machines and thirty gambling tables will be installed in the casino building.
