In the near future, the second phase of the construction of Et Cetera theatre headed by Alexander Kalyagin, will be launched in Moscow.
The construction works are scheduled to be completed in 2018, the press office of the Moscow Construction Department told Construction.RU on Tuesday.
The second phase includes building an entrance lobby and a theatrical part with a total area of 3,800 square meters. The project envisages extension of a crush-room, a cloak-room, a crush bar and toilets located on the first and second floors, as well as construction of new rehearsal rooms and storage accommodation.
In addition, an area around the theatre will be developed. A total cost of the works is estimated at 700 million rubles.
Et Cetera theatre is situated on Frolov By-Street, 2, in the center of Russian capital city.
