PPF Real Estate, a Czech company, plan to build an apartment complex in Comcity business park located in southwestern Moscow.
As Vedomosti newspaper reports today, PPF Real Estate will build apartments over the course of construction of the forth and third phases of Comcity project near Rumyantsevo metro station.
A total area of Comcity business park will amount to 780,000 square meters, 460,000 square meters out of which is a rented space, according to the Czech company.
Over the course of the first phase, about 260,000 square meters of real estate, including 110,000 square meters of rented area) have already been developed. 120,000 square meters more are planned to be built at the second phase.
