Over 50 sports facilities to be built in Moscow in 2017

Until the end of the year 2017, six sports complexes, two swimming pools, three bicycle tracks, seven football fields and a number of other sports facilities are planned to be constructed in Moscow, the capital city of Russia.

This is what Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban construction policy and construction, Marat Khusnullin, told Interfax on Thursday.

“A great number of sports objects are scheduled to be put in operation this year. A total number of 52 facilities are planned to be commissioned following the results of the year, eight out of them will be built at the expense of investors,” Marat Khusnullin said.
