Investments of the Bashkir Republic in “Ufimsky” industrial park amounted to 650 million rubles ($11 million), general director of the Bashkir Republican Development Corporation, Oleg Heads, said on Thursday.
“We have spent 650 million rubles on “Ufimsky” industrial park, bringing the infrastructure. This is without taking into consideration the buildings,” he said.
The Corporation’s CEO added that negotiations were currently underway with Key Capital investment company over selection of an investor for a part of the park with an area of 18 hectares, where a logistics center is expected to be created.
Earlier, media reported that a total of 18 billion rubles have already been invested in “Ufimsky” industrial park against the planned 45 billion roubles.
