Rosgeologia will conduct geophysical works for Iranian state company Nioc, the head of Russian Ministry of Nature, Sergey Donskoy, told reporters on Tuesday.
“There is an agreement with one of the enterprises affiliated with Rosgeologia, which will carry out contract works for the Iranian state company. These are contractors for geophysical work,” he said.
He added that, within the agreement with Iranian companies, Rosgeologia also plans to conduct geological exploration of groundwater.
“There's quite a large deficit, and we have good, interesting proposals”, — the Minister clarified.
JSC Rosgeologia is a Russian geological holding company, which unites state geological enterprises of Russia. The headquarters of the company are located in Moscow.
