In 2017, JSC Integrated Thermal Power Company (OTEK), a subsidiary of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation, will allocate the funds in amount ranging between 15 billion and 20 billion rubles (that is up to $350 million) to the first phase of wind power plants construction, which includes the localization of production and ordering a part of equipment.

This is what the deputy director general — director for development and international business of OTEK, Emin Askerov, told reporters on the sidelines of the IV International forum NDEXPO-2017.

Emin Askerov explained that the matter concerned the localization of production at the site of Atomenergomash in the Russian city of Volgodonsk.
