Ex-owner of Morton sets up platform for investments in Russia’s commercial real estate

Former owner of Morton Group of Companies, the leading Russian developer, Alexander Ruchyov, has established Credo Capital, a platform for investment in commercial real estate in Russia.

The new entity is set up within Osnova (The Basis) company recently established by Mr. Ruchyov, Interfax reports citing the company’s press release.

“Investment sites come with tenants and are professionally managed, which allows an investor to begin receiving income immediately after signing the contract. In fact, anyone can become a leasing holder of “Perekryostok” store or Sberbank,” — the businessman said.

It is expected that the rate of return will reach 12% per annum, also, investors will be able to additionally earn up to 7% per annum due to the growth of market cost of sites.
